RADICAL X EXCRETITIOUS 1 In Offences may be consider'd — 1st their Origination: whether they be arise immediately from the
nature of things; or grow out of human institutions from which distinction they may be divided into Radical & Excretitious 2d Their extent as to Place: according
LOCAL X UNIVERSAL These three particulars will come last of all. 2 to which they may be denominated Local or Universal
Of the several sorts of Offences commonly known by called
Crimes with their Punishments for each name the

TEMPORARY X PERPETUAL. 3dly Their extent as to time; according to what they may denominated Temporary or Perpetual

PRINCIPAL & ACCESSORY 4thly Their Relations to one another — according to which they may be divided into Simple Single & conglomerated. —
The conglomerated consist of the one principal, which is an mischievous offence or per se; & others which are
by their relations to that one.

CLASSIFIC. from MOTIVES 5thly: The motives which produce them which are either single or compounded many concurrent conjunctively i:e: simultaneously or disjunctively. — Avarice Hatred
