15 So as to every part of the matter referred
16 Not that the quartlet runs through in every case — the numbers of reinquiries steps actually taken depending on the money obtainable for that purpose
§ 81 But forasmuch as in regard to "any part of the matter referred to him" this course may be new, so of course in regard to any other part or number of parts: this being in the number of these cases in which the word any though employed in the singular number has the same effect as if employed in the plural: and such is the <unclear> using such condensed construction few upon of such construction were not put upon it, insomuch as that the whole power of his clause was to be required as expended upon the first individual instance that happened to present itself, would be the inconvenience. But this it is that of these reinquiries the number is capable of being multiplied by any multiplier as it may happen may be present to the power hand of expediency to present. Let it not Best not be imagined, that in every individual instance the here brought to view is run by the power and the patience of the unhappy reference makers.
