Minister would in his office, and with the same power
and under the same obligations as per Art.: and
so soon as from the particulars of the information he is satisfied
of the relevance and importance of the occurrence he
will rather than irreparable damage in any shape should be produced
by delay, and he will transmitt information thereof to the Minister before
the examination is compleated.
