6. Prehension with or without adduction, and eventual
vendition of any such articles of property, moveable or unmoveable, as
the case may require to serve eventually as means of
execution: – means of giving execution and effect to the Judges
desires in the favour of parties on one side or the other,
or to compel for the purpose of compelling attendance at the judicatory.

7. Remuneration to hired assistants substitutes and
other assistants, to litigants, who, being by relative incapacity
prevented from money the protection of their own
respective interests in the suit, are by prevention unable
to find friends able and at the same time willing to render that service
upon gratuitous terms.
