☞ Cases for a Professional Lawyer to be
1. a concomitant or accompanying Assistant
2. A Substitute or say Proxy.

Art. Exceptions excepted all persons are in
character quality of applicants, bound to make their initiative
application in person.

Art. As in the character quality of applicants
generally so in particular in the character of proposed
pursuers, in a suit proposed to be instituted.

Art. So likewise in the character quality of defendants
whom having to the Judge been proposed Defendants
they have by a decree of his and their compliance therewith, been constituted
Defendants.

Art. Cases Excepted cases in which application
may be made without attendance in the judicatory by
an individual on whom whose behalf account application is made
are as follows –
