If I hereemploy
a kind Horse to draw
a cart load of
gravel an cart
and at the same
time a man to
a wheel barrow
load of it in
a wheel barrow,
the man is the subject
matter of use
properly in the one
case, not in the
horse is in the other
the man is just as
much for any property
as the Horse.

If I have a horse
to draw a load
and a man to draw
the horse, the man
is as much my property
as the horse.
