I. Offences affecting
the man? person

Corporal vexation.
Simple or curable.

1. One strikes another,
with hand or instrument:
or wounds him,
or takes the hand of another to
strike with.

2. Or thrusts or pushes another
– in anger.

3. Or holds him by his
arm.

4. Insulting corporal vexation Or spits in his face

5. Or strikes a horse, upon
which another is riding,
or standing, or passing
near – so that he, the
other, is hurt.

6. Or struggling for the
way, touches him.

7. Or wounds another.

8. Or sets a dog upon

10. Or set another upon
him – whereby he
is injured, or hurt.

11. Breaking a bone
