Initiatory gearing

<p.Art. 1. The only cases in which a suit, or
purely non penal, penal and private public or penal and
purely public are recourse its termination at the first
hearing are these

1 Applicant attending
and demand dismissed

Art. 2. If instead of a demand contention the
Aspect purpose of the applicant be simply information no act being
begun no suit is there that can receive its termination.
