If, on or before the Day Month Year no sufficient
consent shall have been given by you as above you will
be understood to have dissented: or

IV. Consequences of dissent

In case the event of your dissent you will either stand
debarred from all advantage from the rendering of the effective
service demanded by the suit or you if admitted for
your story it will be on the condition of making full
satisfaction in the shape of compensation for the vexati expence vexation and uncertainty produced resulting to the above named Pursuer
and other Co-pursuers if any for want of your concurrence
