Art. 14. The substance matter of the a Defence paper will
be determined by that of the correspondent Demand paper by
which it is called forth. The matter of the demand paper
will be determined by the nature of the effective service
which it demands.

Art 15 By every Demand two sorts of service are demanded
two sorts of service the effective and the judicial each at the hand of a person differently : the effective
at the hands of any person or persons at whose charge it
is made, and who by it is a are made a proposed Defendant
or proposed defendants: the judicial at the hands of the Judge
and of the eventually at the several persons subject on this occasion
to his direction.
