The service be it what it may will consist either
in contributing towards the conferring production of some tight which
is to say of some good or say benefit in some shape produced by the co instrumentality
of the Judge, or in extending in so far as the
nature of things, and of the case admitts in the exclusion of some wrong
that is to say evil considered as produced or producible
by the instrumentality of man in disobedience to the will
declared or inferred of government.
