A Law Assistant invested with the rights b
and subjected charged with the obligation belonging to that situation function until
directed thereof by the act of the Judge as evidenced
by a correspondent entry in the Register.

Art. On the part of a Law Assistant it is malpractice,
purposely or by negligence to assist his chamber any help/contribute or endeavour to contribute
other person by advice or otherwise to frustrate the any
enactment of any part of the law bearing reference to any suit of that sort
of that in which he acts. For every such nature of such malpractice To the individual wronged or endeavoured
to be wronged he is for any such malprac satisfactionally
responsible; to the public he is punitionally responsible.
