§ He whose eyes are shut against these proposals is an accomplice
to an all-comprehensive system course of injustice.
First in the case of a vast majority of the people
of England under the present system of procedure a compleat denial of justice has place is as
notorious as the existence of the [sun at noon day] human species itself. For as sure if you Over and

Of this enormous abuse Sense and substance of all abuse, this forest of
