the community considered in the character of persons
operating as above (§.2. Art. 1) for and towards the attainment
of the several abovementioned ends of procedure

the present purpose will on the present occasion, require to be
brought to view, the list will not be found to coincide with
that of the respective operators. Reason of this want of coincidence.
Of the operation distribution requirable be made of the
aggregate of the operations the
object will be in the first place to shew the manner in which

respectively contributing and conducive to the attainment of
the abovementioned proper ends of the system in question the system
of Judicial procedure — and in regard to the several classes of these same operations as
as distinguished into the

with or without design on those parts respectively, to one and the same class of operations.
