Penal CodeCh. V. Offences affg use of property
unlawful act or deceptious or other criminal practice
any person causes or contributes to cause the benefit
which would otherwise have accrued to another
from the possession occupation of a subject matter
of property in his possession or at his command to be in a greater or less
degree lessened but without any personal vexation whereby
a different denomination is given to the offence in this code.
§. 6 Wrongful interception of occupation
Wrongful interception of occupation is where without
justificative cause by some unlawful act or deceptious
or other criminal practice any person prevents or contributes
to prevent any other from occupying a subject
matter of property to which he is entitled, but without
any personal vexation whereby a different denomination
is given to the Offence in this Code.

§ 7 Wrongful occupation
Wrongful occupation of the subject matter of property
is where without justificative cause, by some unlawful
act or deceptious or other criminal practice any person
occupies or makes use of a subject matter of property
to which he has no right thereby causing or endeavouring
to cause it to be believed that he has a title to the
possession or property of it but without any personal
vexation whereby a different denomination is given
to the offence in this Code.
§ 8 Wrongful profit interception
Wrongful interception of profit has place where
without justificative cause by some unlawful act
or deceptious or other criminal practice any person
causes prevents or contributes to prevent any other from
reaping any profit some determinate profit in a
