pecuniary or a quasi pecuniary shape to which would
otherwise have accrued to him but without any such personal
vexation whereby a different denomination is given
to the Offence in this Code.

§. 9 Wrongful damnification simple

Wrongful damnification simple is where without
justificative cause by some unlawful act or criminal
deceptious or other criminal practice any
person causes or contributes to cause to another any
determinate loss in a pecuniary or quasi pecuniary
shape but without any such personal vexation whereby
a different denomination is given to the offence
in this Code.

§. 10 Theft

Theft or say wrongful damnification self lucrative
is where without justificative cause by some unlawful
act or deceptious or other criminal practice any
person converts to his own use a moveable subject
matter of property to which he has no title or pretence of title without consent of any person
entitled or buy him supposed to be entitled to give such
consent – but without any such personal vexation
whereby a different denomination is given to theV offence
in this Code.

§. 11 Embezzlement

Embezzlement is where without justificative cause
by deceptious or other criminal practice a person
having in the quality of trustee the custody of some subject
matter of property under the obligation of appropriating
it wholly or in part to the benefit of another person
converts it to his sole use.
