By Executions understand in the case of a non
inculpative suit collation of a right decided to be due
in the case of a wrong or say an offence an inculpative or criminative suit application
of the Remedies the application of which is decided
to be required by the nature of the offence charged
& decided to have been committed.

Thus is indicated & established is the relation
between the idea attached to the word execution in the
Procedure Code & the idea attached to the word remedy
& the word wrong & offence in the penal code.
