the suit be but begun
& continued no anxiety
entertained as to the
true correctness compleatness
or trustworthiness
of the evidence

So slight, if any has been the attention paid to the justice of the
case, so small the regard paid to it that so ere the suit was begun
and continued, or at any rate it was but begun continued
and ended, if sums to be entertained no anxiety as to the compleatness correctness of the body
of evidence exhibited on both sides, or the compleatness of the stack
exhibited as compared with the stack in existence, or the trustworthiness
of the shape in which it is exhibited, or the suffering
that may be requisite for the obtainment of it
