It follows not that if the
days intermission produces
no less than a days interest
of the money in dispute
that the intermission for
the day of religious worship
should have place where
other mischief might
ensue.

That it follows not that if during the Sabbath day allotted
to religious worship the cognizance of causes in which the
intermission of a day would not be productive of loss to
any greater amount than that of a day's interest in the principal
money in dispute the like intermission ought to have place
in cases in which such intermission has the irreparable
mischief in any shape to an indefinite amount for the result
of it.
