6. Distinction the sixth. Suits plurilateral, su including
bilateral, suits unilateral. By the word bilateral
is designated the case in which most exemplified.
In By the case in which allow affords no party
either on the demandant side or on the defendant's side
no person in the character of a party to the suit has
place. In the case of where accounts are said to be audited
the deficiency is on the side of the demandant's side, the pr
place of the demandant being taken by the creditor who
at the same time in the character of Judge. So in
penal cases in the species of suit is served in
the language of the Roman Law . In the case
where a right is no party at the hands of
a functionary or other person a benefit tight in
any shape is demanded the deficiency is on the defendant's
side: the part place of the defendant is acted taken by the Judge. Of
this nature are the suits carried on before the Judge. of
this nature are the suits carried on before the Judicatory
<sic>stiled</sic. in the language of law the Court of claims.
