4. That If for a case this void of probability it were
worth while to look out for a remedy, a remedy
and that of the preservative kind might easily
be applied provided for it. I mean that of
a Cash Fund, + + not to exceed (suppose) a million, formed by a reserve made of a
part of the profits of the operation (as per

of the price of the proposed paper, by others
buying it in with cash, or advance taking it
