§. 1. Corporal vexation

( ) Indecent exposure. By indecent exposure understand,
the exposing to another's view, any part of the body of
which modesty or decency require the concealment, especially
if in a the exercise, or in a state of preparation for the exercise
of its appropriate functions.

To any graphical imitation thereof, whether
as statue, as drawing, engraving or painting as in relico or in taglio,
solid, superficial, or semi-solid: and whether plain or coloured.
