Constitutional Penal CodeCh. 1 Vexation, corporal Offences affecting the person
§. 1. Corporal vexation

Any act by which bodily pain and uneasiness or disease
is produced is rendered wrongful by the intention
to produce it especially if falsehood or suppression of evidence,
having the effect of falsehood is employed in the production
of it.

Means of Repression, at option.

1. Inscription in the Delinquency Register under the appropriate
head.

2. Responsibility satisfactional, compensational included.

3. In case of semi-publicity, fine, proportioned to the
pecuniary circumstances of the delinquent.
