§. 7. Mental Vexation is where by means of? the act

The pain or uneasiness or disease is
susceptible here, as in the case of corporal vexation, of an infinite number of degrees,
commencing at 0. and terminating in death. In
this case too, as in that, any the slightest evil
may present an adequate demand for a a legislative & judicial
remedy
