§. Mental vexation simple

1. Deceptious expectation raising.
Sub-species of this species two – to wit – 1: intimation
to the wrongee that unless he does so and so, or goes
to such and such a place to bear or flee such or such a
person or thing, evil unliquidated or evil in such or such
a shape will befal him, no such evil in truth being
pending.
This comes under the former head of temptation.
It is however not absolute but nisi.
2. Subspecies the 2 intimation to the wrongee that if he
does so and or at such or such a time, repairs to such
a place and sees such or such a person or such
and such a thing, good either in an unliquidated
shape, or in such or such a shape will accrue to him,
no such good being attainable – the good in question
may belong either to the head of profit, or else to the
head of pleasure or say amusement.
