7 Mental vexation simple
Wrongful Mental vexation simple is where without justificative cause,
by physical force, intimidation, wrongfully applied remuneration or deceptious
or other criminal practice,
in pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the wronger himself
or to any other person, or in sport, or for the gratification of ill will,
any person causes or contributes to produce in the mind of another
pain or uneasiness simple, that is, unattended by any such accompaniments
or consequences as are designated by the denomination of
any other Offence under this Code.

8 Wrongful menacement
Wrongful menacement is where without justificative cause,
by physical force, intimidation, wrongfully applied remuneration
or deceptious or other criminal practice,
in pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the wronger
himself or to any other person, or in sport, or for the gratification
of ill will,
any person causes or contributes to produce in the mind of any other
pain or uneasiness consisting in the fear or apprehension
of evil in some serious shape as about to be
done to him by the act of the wrongdoer but unattended
by any accompaniments or consequences whereby another different
denomination is given to the offence in this Code.

9 Wrongful restraint at large
Wrongful restraint is where without justificative cause,
by physical force, intimidation, wrongfully applied
remuneration or deceptious or other criminal practice,
in pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the wronger himself
or to any other person or in sport, or for the gratification
