for felony, when a felony
is done, escapes from
his conductors on the way
to jail and they cannot
retake him without
killing him

111. Rioters oppose a
lawful warrant of
a justice and one of
them is killed

112. In civil process,
if party resist Sheriff
may kill him without
retreating.

113. If in the arrest
the Sheriff kill him

114. Prisoner assaults
his jailor, &
jailor kills him.

115. Hunters in a
park, fly or resist,
the parker may kill
him.

115. A man kills a
thief, who attempts
to rob him on the
highway, or in his
house.

116. A woman kills
him that attempts
to ravish her.

117. One kills another,
who attempts to burn
a house.
