Suit excretitious what

Suits original principal. Suits incidental or say execretitious,
By incidental suits understand those which in the case of a suit
having for its object the obtainment of a right, or for a way in
any shape the correspondent remedy, are liable to grow out of it.

Course the same as in an
original suit

In As to<a/dd> the mode best adapted to the purpose of Justice no <add>adequate difference
