§ Incidental Execritis Suits
In no case let
excretitious suit
any delay to the
principal one
But for prevention of needless delay. In no case let in consideration on account of a
an excretitious suit, commenced or expected to be commenced, let any
retardation be applied to the course of the principal suit, unless for want of
such retardation injustice in some special shape has been shewn to
be the a necessary or adequately probable result.
