19 Yes if in their own nature they will co suits of the complex
sort are incapable of being decomposed and resolved into its component resolved into simple ones, this
and in that case though not for the delay-engending course of evidence elicitation
and judicature pursued employed in Equity Courts yet for some
portion of the delay by for which they have been distinguished a
notional and cause and therefore/their justification might be assigned.

But no s such complex suit is there that is not capable of
being decomposed into its component elementary suits: under
the existing proposed system thus decomposed they would be of course
Judicatories all capable of acting at once; each within two
or three days of the commencement of the suit as many as in
,the whole history of England there are proposed Judgeships without
retaining the Judge Deputes in each.
