Existing System

In what respects the particular interest in the /part and how far in the case of
the legislative authorities particular interest is in accordance with
in what part respects and how far in opposition to general
interest, it belongs not to the present design to enquire.

What The enquiry which belongs to the present design is to enquire in what
respects and how far the particular interest of the stance
in the Judicial authority is in accordance with, how in
what respects and how far in opposition to that same general
interest: and of the this enquiry the results will be that the
code of justice as above delimated can not under
any other condition be attainable than that of a total
extirpation of the existing system of Procedure, one coupled
with the institution of one founded [ in every respect in every respect/point] on compleatly
opposite principles, for that is as to the collateral
ends more especially these same ends never having been so
much as aimed at, but instead of them, as above the directly opposite
ends, it is not possible that from first to last, they
should ever have been, or under the same system ever
should be obtained
