may be said to be the result of obstinacy , and it may be stiled
litigious : In this case, it is plain , the fault is in the Will .
6. 6— Fraudulent ex-post-facto Where having become afterwards unwilling to pay he endeavoured
by deceitful evasive conduct or false pretences to conceal
or remove his effects in order to save them from to prevent their being amenable to Law : for instance
by pretended alienation , or by conveying them out of
the reach of Justice . In this case the Insolvency may be said
to be fraudulent deinceps or ex-post-facto . In this case also
the fault is plainly in the Will.
