It may consist for instance in his defaming you
by reporting you guilty of some crime or misde-
-meanour, or even of any practise or propensity
which whether punishable or no is deemed dis-
-reputable in the place in which you are: such
as Heresy or Blasphemy or Witchcraft or
any sort of carnal impurity.

fect you: whether in the way of self-regard, or
in the way of sympathy, by affecting in the
first instance a party whose interests are dear

Punishment
1. If the robbery were committed on horseback, riding
the iron horse: if on foot or otherwise than on horseback,

3. Instead of the Hard labour, military service for
twice the time. This at option.
