Probity of intention is where the injury in
question is committed offender undoes the act which
proves to be injurious was done through a sincere
though erroneous persuasion of it's being
justifiable.
The error in this case may respect either 1.
the matter of fact or 2. the matter of right.
It respects the matter of fact, when the offender
was is mistake is concerning the existence of a fact
or circumstance on which he relied for his justification.
