obtainment nevertheless it may be treated only as extortion.

2 From p 4 [(E)Due] A fee may be unlawful either as to the whole of its
value or as to part: when only as to part, the extortion is to
be estimated only according to that part.

If a fee which will be due is taken before it is due,
the taking it is unlawful as to as so much as is the interest upon
the value of it, from the day on which it was taken to the day on
which it would have been due (both inclusive)
