Allowances to Assessors.

Assessors to have the
liberty of inspecting
and copying any Poor
Rate and Hause Lax
Assessment.

Penalty for refusing
such inspection.

Where any new
Assessment is made,
public Notice thereof
shall be given and
all persons inclu-
ded in the assess-
ment shall have
liberty to inspect it, etc.

Penalty for refusing

The new assessment
shall be binding
on all parties.

Appeal against

The Assessment may
be altered to releive
the Appellant
without altering
any other part of
it.

any parishes with-
in a certain distance
of the Metropolis to
be added to the Metro-

rishes when so added
shall be subject to
all the provisions of this Act.
