the benefit of exemptions granted to them by particular Acts continued to them as heretofore notwithstanding 22
20, 21.
Six -inch--wheeled Carts are not exempted from the additional subject to this
rate if Toll (viz half as much again as the ordinary original rate)
imposed on other Narrowwheeled Carriages.
Six-inch-wheelCarts, so as they be drawn by no more
than 2 Horses or what is equivalent, may continue
to take the benefit of exemptions from Tollgranted by particular
Acts on account of particular Kinds of loading.
Carriages rolling 16 Inches may any where have their wheels
at any distance from each other notwithstanding7.
Waggons rollings 16 Inches shall, within 100 Miles from
London pay but half as much as common Broadwheeled
Waggons: [and the like of Carts.]

To Carriages rolling 16 Inches restrictions regulations concerning
weight or distance of the wheels shall not extend.
