Of the great great difference thus made to depend upon
the accident of the parties living in the same or
different Cantons, hereafter: at present I confine my present business is
me with the great general .
This institution thus established in Tit. IX.
stands in diametrical opposition to the articles
laying down the jurisdiction of the District-Courts
in Tit. IV. It is there said that that Court shall
have jurisdiction of such and such causes in the
first instance: here it is said that it shall hear
no causes that have not first been brought before
the a Peace-Office either that belonging to a
Canton or that belong established at the Town which
is the seat of the District-Court.
