District Court of Appeal
The Committee , though too anxious to see the forfeitud
levied to permitt suffer it to be remitted even where
the Court above looks upon it as not preferred
without warrantable cause , do not require it to
be deposited . But the only mischief to be apprehended
in this case is from persons in indigent or desperate
circumstances : and from them , the money if not
previously deposited will not be to be had at all .
