Those observations over which are related principally related
to the particular of thedesign have this relation application to the general,
in that they serve to shew how naturally or &
indeed necessarily in a manner unavoidably errors of every species class flow from a
neglect of that order & correctness which it is the
purpose of the latter to recommend.
