11 Courts peculiar — Military & Ecclesiastical Immediate Courts of peculiar jurisdiction are
1. Military. 2. Ecclesiastical.
12 Military Courts their jurisdiction The cognizance of offences purely against
Military discipline the cogn shall appertain
exclusively to the Military Courts. Such offences
shall be accurately specified, as well by name, as by reference to the articles by which they are created in the Military Code.
In cases of causes penal or civil disputes between an a Military man
and another a man not military the cognizance
shall belong exclusively to the ordinary court.
So in disputes between Military men &
not military man relative to property not other than
military.
13 Navy Courts Service in the National Royal Navy is to
be this purpose a breach of Military service.
14 Courts Ecclesiastical The exclusive cognizance of offences of Ecclesiastics purely against Ecclesiastical
discipline shall appertain provisionally
to the Ecclesiastical Courts at present
subsisting: saving such provision as may hereafter
be made in a new Ecclesiastical Code.
