Of Compensation
1. It is capital, whatsoever if consist in; including land and other im-
-moveables, furniture, stock in trade, money out at interet, and so
forth; and whether in possession, certain expectancy, or contingency.
2. The profits of his labout, upon an average taken for such a
time back, as seems most likely to exhibit a due medium.
3. The pecuniary assistance he is in use to derive from any con=
:nections he may have which are of a nature to yield him support.
