Bentham at the rate of £ per acre (the
same being the rate per acre at which the said Lot A
hath already been purchased as aforesaid) making for
the whole number of Acres 35 Acres as aforesaid the
sum of £  : Provided always and
it is hereby further agreed that if at any time the
said Lords Commissioners shall have procured procured a conveyance purchased
to be made either of either the said 35 Acres of Waste or of any quantity
of land in separate ownership not being in less quantity
than 23 Acres and being contiguous in some part thereof
to some part of the said Lots A B, C. & D
respectively, that therefore respectively, and shall call upon the said Jeremy Bentham to assess
and execute such conveyance, then and in such case he the said Jeremy Bentham
shall immediately when so called upon, execute the same, and
in payment of the consideration money thereupon due shall apply either the whole of such sum or such
part thereof as shall be necessary for the making of
such purchase, whereupon the remainder if any, shall
be carried by him the said Jeremy Bentham to account,
and shall stand in line, to the amount thereof so far as the same
extends, stand in line of any <add>all</add> such other monies as he would otherwise
have to receive in virtue of any part of these
present articles or any part thereof: and so in respect of any lesser quantity
or quantities of land which may from time to time
be tendered him be so tendered to him as aforesaid in part of satisfaction for the said
35 Acres of waste:
