Art 1. Punishable falsi
fication, obliterating on
altering a word in the
Register: so, matins
any unindicated ad
-dition.
2.
Art 2. Every entry
made by a Registrars
sepule, is signed by
him, with sufficient
indication of his per
son, at the same time
with mention of year,
month, day of month,
and hour.
3.
Art. 3. No other actor
has power to make
entry or alterations in
Register.
But on any such actor
tor tendering such mi-
-nute, authenticating
it by his name and
sufficient description,
Registrar is bound to
signatory assent or dis
snet, atteated by his
family and official
names, at length or
by initials.
