6. Power to the a Quasi Jury at the instance of a party
to send the up the decision of the Judge for confirmation or
the alternative charge, in a class of cases in which appeal is
not allowed in a class of final cases where a Jury is called in: and
in which, from the assured constancy of groundless Appeal [in cases
in which guiltiness in is indubitable] vexation to
parties injured and Jurors would be preponderantly productive of evil.

the faculty of appealing as well as from a judgment of acquittal
as from a judgment of conviction. from

in case of conviction the faculty of appealing against the sentence on
the ground of deficiency as well as to th a Defendant on
the ground of excess, in the quantum of the punishment.
