of the proposed measure, but of the advantages expected looked

In this opening
section, all I shall do is little more than these remarks only to give the reader
a pre- of the course method pursued active in the arrangement
of the succeeding matter, that he may
save himself the trouble of travelling through every such
heads as with reference to his own pre conceptions
