The paper, by its size, shape, texture and thinness,
particularly fitted for circulation — Taken from
Bank paper — Agrees more or less with Banker's paper
and with the French Assignats. Differs from all
the other above mentioned engagements: unless it be except from
some late species of Exchequer Bills in respect of size.
