Annuity Notes Plan Sale  25 Application to be dated and numbered a a Day Bill made of them  No  the Note sent in satisfaction to be entered in a bin with the No of the application
 25. That cash Memorandum of application be 
marked with the day when received, and the 
day when forwarded — whether it be the same 
day or d with that received or a different one, 
and a No distinguishing it from the other Memorandums
 of application transmitted the same
 days: and that the assemblage of mir packet containing the such 
Memorandums transmitted in each day be accompanied 
with a Day Bill according to 
a printed form [13] in which the Nos shall be 
ranged one under another in so many bins: 
and that, in sending off this form the Head 
Office the several Annuity Notes thus bespoke an entry be made in the Day Bill a returned  duplicate of of 
the transmission of and Annuity Note in consequence   satisfaction 
 with of the demand or application so made, by inserting entering in 
writing the No of one of the lists sent — after the cor 
words — one <hi rend="underline">Answered</hi> <add>satisfied by sending N<hi rend="superscript">o</hi> —</add> which may be in print together with 
the signature (written or engraved) of the Clerk by 
whom the dispatch is made and that a note duplicate  if
