1b Ch XII. Judiciary Collectively §.3. Judiciary functionaries. Art 2. Distinguished with reference to place,
these functionaries will be either stationary or itinerant:
stationary, as the several Local Headmen,
as per Ch. XXVII: itinerant, as the several persons employed
in the exercise of the accersitine, prehensive, and
adductive functions: as to which see §.13. Elementive
functions. Judges principal, considered in respect of the periodical
migration to which they will be soon subjected,
may be considered as being in so far itinerant: but in each
judici station, between migration and migration they
are stationary, out door attendance as per Ch. XIII notwithstanding. So
also Government Advocates principal, and Eleemosynary Defenders of
