Hence comes the necessity of the proposed alternative or eventual
Clause. The Building to be erected on Lot A (the Tothill
Fields
Lot) if to be had: but lest it should not, on the Salisbury Estate, at any time, on notice from the Lords Commissioners,
and payment of the first instalment for that
purpose.

Tothill Fields appropriated, how convenient! unappropriated,
